HAY 2022

Anagram is contemporary take on a bank tellers lamp, fusing functionality with visual appeal to create an object with a robust construction and distinct personality. Featuring a generously curved, glossy shade that sits atop two split anodised aluminium legs, the designs contrasting elements update the familiar lamp typology with an original and contemporary aesthetic - Anagram is a remix of standard metal materials that is built to last.

The form of the lamp was inspired by one of Sam’s favourite spaces whilst living in London, the brutalist Barbican Centre, a robust myriad of concrete curved profiles, generous pillars and opposing geometry.

Anagram has been in production with Danish brand HAY since 2022.
