As part of their Breakfast Insights events calendar, online furniture and lighting retailer Clippings.com hosted a talk together with Sam around his recent design collaboration with Danish brand HAY in 2018 at their London based showroom at Queen Annes Gate.

The talk gave Clippings customers insight into the overall design development process for the Fifty-Fifty lamp collection as well as how the initial idea of balance was iterated throughout the development process into the pared-back sliding counterweight mechanism that the production lamp is built around.
